Server Co-Location Service
Server
co-location is a service provided by LUCID
Technologies that enables customers to house
a backup server in our data centre. The
backup server can be designed, built and
maintained by us at our Data Centre.
Your data
will travel from your primary server housed
at your location, across the internet via
secure VPN, to your very own backup server.
In the
event of the primary server suffering
hardware failure, the backup server can be
relocated to your premises with minimal
disruption. This relocation will incur
a labour cost.

Prices quoted above include 5 GBytes of Monthly Data Allowance.
If you exceed
the Monthly Data Allowance, you will incur a charge of $0.12 per MByte (or part
thereof) of data transferred.
Depending on your upload bandwidth, we may recommend bringing your Primary
Server to our premises to perform the initial Full Backup. Incremental
Backups can then be performed automatically via the internet.
Due to the
complexity of this service, it is not
offered as an online application.
