Download and install this program (see the FAQ "How do I install the iBack program?").

iBack Backup/Restore Program

Once installed, you will need to configure the program before any backups can be performed (see the FAQ "How do I configure the iBack program?").

Linux Users

These scripts utilise SSH and RSYNC. These packages need to be installed on your system for backups and restores to work. You will also need to modify the scripts for your own directories.
